1. Institutional Data Ownership
All student demographic records, guardian contact information, examination results, and fee financial transactions entered into SchoolCare remain the sole intellectual and operational property of your institution. VISTA does not monetize, sell, aggregate, or expose your student records to third parties.
2. On-Premises & Private Cloud Sovereignty
Institutions opting for local LAN deployment maintain complete physical custody over their MySQL database files inside their campus. For cloud deployments, databases are isolated with encrypted connections and automated backup routines.
3. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Front-office personnel, receptionists, and teachers are restricted to their specific functional scopes. Complete financial ledgers and sensitive staff payroll details are accessible solely to designated administrative accounts.
